  - From time to time, we are made aware that certain consultants (who usually are just starting their business, though they may not be new to writing and/or fundraising) are willing to work for free or reduced rates in order to build their client list. • Retreat/Conference Centers:
  YMCA Point Bonita Outdoor and Conference Center -- a branch of the YMCA of San Francisco, offers conference space at reasonable prices to local nonprofits (and outdoor education programs for kids). It is the first Certified Green Business in the Marin Headlands, located just ten minutes west of the Golden Gate Bridge.

• Non-Profit Office Space:
  Northern California Community Loan Fund -- NCCLF provides loans, grants, and training in financial management
  OrgSpaces.org -- OrgSpaces brings together information about space availability, planning, funding and sharing to help nonprofits stay and thrive in San Francisco and the greater Bay Area.
